Yes. We offer comprehensive design services on their own, as well as integrated design-build services for clients who choose to move forward with construction. Our role is to bring structure, expertise, and intention to the planning phase, regardless of the path you take.
Is design included in my remodel?
Our Pre-Construction Design Agreement is a dedicated planning phase that defines layout, scope, and selections before construction begins. For clients who move forward with a build, this investment is credited toward the project. For others, it stands on its own as a complete and valuable design service.
How long does a remodel take?
Timelines vary based on scope. Smaller kitchen remodels often take around four weeks, while larger renovations may range from eight to sixteen weeks. A clear schedule is established during planning, before construction begins.
Can I stay in my home during a remodel?
In many cases, yes. We’ll walk through logistics and expectations during planning so you can make the best decision for your household.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
